The sheriff keeps local law-enforcement records, while RRJ creates booking and custody entries. Virginia State Police CARE holds the state repository and processes SP-167 requests. VADOC and the Virginia registry answer still different questions. We organize verified access steps, office details, search fields, limits, and published fees around those local divisions.
