A name or location entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside provider that operates the tool. That provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those search terms on our systems.

An email sent to us may be retained so our team can respond. We do not disclose the message outside the organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure.

The material identifies how to reach the Spotsylvania Sheriff, county court clerks, Rappahannock Regional Jail, Virginia State Police CARE, and the Virginia Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry. Visitor data is not compiled into a record about another person or into a consumer report. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their own privacy policies govern submitted data, retention, and disclosure. We cannot set or control those practices, so a user should review the provider's policy before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to court portals, sheriff and state-agency pages, legal resources, and outside search services. Once a visitor follows an outbound link, the destination's privacy terms apply. Review them before providing personal information.
